The One-Window Setup
Your whole business, one window.
The complete AI working environment, in one document you paste into Claude. It interviews you about your business, builds your operating system around your answers, and connects your accounts with you. It is the exact framework my own businesses run on every day.
$99, one time.
Mac, and a $20 per month Claude subscription. Windows is not covered yet.
01 — Why The Product Is A Document
Most people run AI as a chat window: ask a question, get an answer, lose everything when the thread ends.
The operators getting real leverage run it as an operating system: one window where the AI reads the state of the business, carries the execution, and remembers.
Getting from the first mode to the second is a setup problem. Most people never figure the full setup out on their own, or they get 75 percent of the way there and stall.
This document is the missing piece: a briefing written to your AI, not to you. Your AI reads it and becomes the builder. You answer its questions.
Four things are on you: install the Claude desktop app, run one command your Mac needs, make a folder, and paste. The document walks you through all four in plain language, including what to do when the one confusing part goes wrong. Everything after that, Claude drives.
02 — No New Hardware
There is a wave of AI gadgets right now that record your voice and hand you summaries: pins, pendants, pocket recorders. Another device, another app, another subscription.
The capability is already in your hand. And it is better, because it feeds YOUR AI, with your context, not a vendor's summary app.
This setup uses the Mac you already own and the AI subscription you already pay for. Nothing new to buy, charge, or wear.
The phone half of that, talking into your pocket and having the thought waiting on your desk, is a separate free kit: the Mobile Capture Kit. Fair warning, it is iPhone only and the Shortcut setup is fiddly. It is a bonus, not part of this. Your operating system works completely without it.
03 — What Your AI Builds With You
In this order, and the order is the point. Nothing gets built before it knows what you actually do.
- An interview about your business first, before a single file gets created. Nothing in your setup is generic.
- The one-folder workspace: everything your AI needs to know, on disk, not lost in a chat thread.
- Your operating manual, written in your words, loaded every session, with the five standing rules that prevent AI disasters.
- A working tracker seeded with what you already told it is falling through the cracks, so it is useful the moment it exists.
- Your accounts connected one at a time, walked through click by click, and verified. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and your browser.
- One painful thing from your own week, done end to end, before the first sitting is over.
- Three routines proposed and ranked from what you said hurts, and the first one built.
- Cost-control and model-routing rules, learned the expensive way so you do not have to.
04 — Straight Answers
Is this a course? No. It is a working document. About an hour gets the foundation running; the first-week plan inside paces the rest.
Do I need to be technical? No. Your AI is the technical one. If you can describe your business and answer questions about it, you can do this. You will type one command into your Mac, once, copied straight off the page.
Which AI? Claude, specifically the Code tab in the Claude desktop app, on a Claude Pro plan at $20 per month. Earlier versions of this were written to work with any assistant. That made it worse. Committing to one setup is what lets the document walk you through the real install, the real click paths, and the real place it breaks.
Mac or Windows? Mac today. Windows is a genuinely different install path and I am not going to ship instructions I have not done myself.
Is this real? It is the literal framework my operating system runs on: the same tracker, rules, routines, and capture pipeline that run my ventures every day. Nothing in it is theoretical.
